Idk but I don't want you to deal with me because you're already having a hard time

Is it bad that I bottle my emotions so much I don't even feel them most of the time aurghhh-

Oh.. okay Uhm I have this thing where I,, uh When I get angry, I cry a lot and that makes me even more mad and then my neck gets itchy as hell and then I end up hurting myself Like my neck has a ton of scars/sore spots due to this problem and that's one reason I wear a lot of hoodies/turtle necks This isn't really ranting/venting-
