I don’t feel any better after that walk. I feel worse actually. .. at least I’m not nauseous anymore..

Ugh.. I think I’ll just.. try to relax tomorrow….call off of work maybe… hm…. I should still get sleep either way.. though…. I feel like I’m being watched… I’m.. just being paranoid probably, yeah. I’m sleeping.
