You use the beta editor. On the bottom right there is a few buttons. Click the piece of paper with an up arrow. Then, go to a new layer and go to the corner and press the paper with a down arrow. Now you can resize & move the thing you wanted to copy and paste. If it's on multiple layers, you can copy and paste each layer on to the one layer.
