My answer: In Ohio, it has some of the most unexpected weather due to its location, It would be sunny at 9 in the morning then suddenly it would rain at around 4 or 5 in the evening. The temp. would change a lot too like around November of 2017, It was as high as 60°F then in a few days after a low front would hit it would instantly become 20°F. Weather is unpredictable anywhere though so this maybe a stupid answer lmao. Oh and Ya I like it when it rains, and not thundering...
