ok. no offence but, you need to work on the eyes. like maybe lack the eye lashes?

Uhm.... yo uaren't the best... but some people are worse than you..... you just need a lot more improvement the shading is good. but the lips are too big everything is lopsided and warped and the eyelashes are too long on the bottom and should not be around the entire eye.

Your not bad at art, but you might need to work on realism getting the eyes to look the same making the lips smaller and eyelashes NOSE IS PERFECT THOUGH

Uh Use references Make sure what things look like before drawing it realistically And shrink the lips And work on the eyelashes please
