Linki hate when someone next to me starts crying bc then i don’t know what to do and it just makes me feel guilty i hate it
I don't really know, but my best suggestion is to try and chat with them, be light and gentle with what words you use, ask them what's wrong and if they don't want to talk then just offer your presence and to just sit there with them

I don't know, maybe try to move away if they don't respond to you? Try to talk to somebody about how they are doing, tell someone about the person who's crying..?
Idk just don’t ask are you okay. Just ask what’s the matter, or awkwardly pat their back. Perhaps do something nice for them first for a bit and then ask, probably the best way if you don’t know them that well.
