LinkIm pretty sure you need to change the capacity of the color to blend, its kinda like the rolling paint tool but you can decide how light it goes. (Only on beta editor) Click the color you want and press the color padlet, (Lets say your color is blue) there will be a blue bar that gets lighter as it goes left. Click anywhere from that bar and that will make the color look light and transparent.
