Charlie crossed his arms, more of a defensive act to potentially protect him
"Im trying to talk to my son." He stood up

He rolled his eyes, "I'm doing anything, am I?" He towered over Gunner

"Y-You both are being immuture,," He played with his fingers, helping Kennedy up

He helped Kennedy into his car, gently closing the car door as Kennedy rolled down the car window, they had a quiet conversation
Charlie waved to his father, backing up as Kennedy drove off.
Charlie walked up the stairs and inside, locking the door behind him
