Dakota pulls her scarf after her nose and lets out a soft sigh letting the puffs of her breath cloud in the air. She knocks gently on the door of a male who she met rather recently. They worked together. Well, more so Dakota worked at the Library and would go and talk to the interesting looking boy. Her eyes look about the small apartment complex and she looks up at the boy who was taller than her with a warm smile. "Heya Skunk boy-" Her large eyes staring at him from beneath her hair. "Um..Hi-" he said awkwardly and looked around. "So..did you walk here or something-" His eyes went back to Dakota quickly and he scrunched his nose softly. "My name is Gold. Not Skunk boy-" He teased and grabbed his hoodie off the coat hanger. "Alright, lets go-" "Right, and my name isn't pipsqueak-" She watched him walk towards the stairs, following closely. As the two walked to the trolly Dakota let out a soft shiver. "Its so cold, Gold-" as she hid in her scarf and let out a soft, "Brr-"

She went to walk up the two steps into the trolly and Dakota felt an arm wrap around hers helping her up the stairs. It made her smile. He was such a gentleman and she had a MAJOR soft spot for him. "Thank you-" her lacy voice said. Pretty, but slightly rough. As the two sat down she looked at Gold who was looking out the window. "Soo..what kind stoof do you like-" She said kicking her feet back and forwards with a smile. "I like soft stuff. And small random items-" He said and shrugged. His two colored eyes met her two colored eyes as well. "Why do you ask-?" He asked and smiled softly. "Oh, well um...I have never really done the whole christmas thing..so I have no idea what to get for gift wise for friends and family-" She said blushing. This was her first christmas..so she wanted to make it special. "Ah, makes sense-" He said and looked back out the window his hand loosely in his lap. Dakota looked at her hand then her gloved hand and she put her hands in her lap looking around.

"You gonna get anything during our outing Skunky-?" The minty blue haired girl asked. "Probably not-" The male shrugged and looked to the front of the trolly. "This is our stop." he said and helped Dakota up and then off the trolly, paying for their ride. "Hey! I was gonna pay-" Dakota said in a whispered hush with a huff. "Too bad, I got it first-" He playfully shoved her lightly. "Fine then, be that way..so where to first-" She asked and looked around the shopping center. "I think we should split up and see what we can find..meet here again in an hour?" Gold said softly. Dakota nodded and the two split up on their adventures to find their gifts!
