LinkWhenever I am around people I dont recognize, i cant speak. Like I PHYSICALLY cannot speak, even if i try. Also, i get severe anxiety when someone is close to me, it causes me to not speak aswell
I've learned some sign languege to help with that, I might need to go to speach therapy.

like the only thing i kinda understand is the anxiety thing
for me, it takes me A GOOD BIT of hyping myself up to even say anything and most of the time it comes out a lot quieter then i’d like
but i don’t have any experience with this, so like i said, i’d just recommend going to a professional and seeing what they say
