you can hover your mouse (or whatever you use) over the gear on the bottom of your workspace thingie then, at the top, there are two buttons, click/press the right one. That will download your progress. If you ever want to put your progress or drawing on the drawing space, click/press the LEFT button.

Or you can get lucky and go to your drawing space and it will randomly save :/
