im giving an example of what a sweat lounge lodge looks like
throwback to the time when i used to think the white americans today were the ones who were "native" and i used to call native americans "indians"

though there is a big rule where women are not allowed in the sweat lodge during their periods.
as long as you are respectful and what not you should be no issue
i bet there was a big accident when i woman had her period in the sweaty lodge.. or just for like ceremony reasons lol

but like may i mention you are inside a CLOSED tent covered with tarps and have hot lava rocks in the middle being hit with water to make the room steamy
it is hard for me to breathe in places like that but ive sweated before
