Everyone makes mistakes but lying not owning up to it would definitely help u. I used to lie a lot and saw how that just made everyone I love accuse me and not trust me when I needed them. So I stop and owned up when I did. Now they trust me and don't doubt my word
From what you said you REALLY fuçked up. This site isn't gonna help u out. If anything you'll just be met with a lot of anger maybe one or two people will be nice but thats it. So just go talk to some take a break and get the help u need.
