I used to have the Same Problem... but i gave a promise to someone, i loved, and I said i would go my longest, the most amount of time i could without doing it. And I went two years clean. And it was a powerful moment knowing, hey! I did this! And i can do it once. I can do it again. Sometimes its hard to climb out by yourself thats why, people come along throw down a rope ans help you out. You are a wonderful beautiful amazing person, and no matter what happens and who says what. You are strong. And you are powerful. Even daimonds Can shatter. Not Everyone is perfect. Not everyone is Always happy. But the truth of the world is. It keeps turning. And you can too. Look at your skin and Say its beautiful. Look at every little thing about you and See how. Cute. Pretty. And detailed it is! You are a Masterpiece! You could be Short. Or really tall. Dark. Or Light. Scarred or Smooth. Skinny or Chubby. And even though i dont know you. I love you for who you are. What you are. And what you will become. 💕 be safe.
