Well other than the times i cry cause im scared no one likes me

mhm did that yesterday in fact. pretty sure i have undiagnosed paranoia. I also consistently think about the inevitability of death and the scary fact of one day ill die, but i don't wanna live forever because how long forever is, please god help im having a panic attack

I'm scared of what I will leave behind and that most of those deaths are painful

So uh
Neck pains- feels hot, tight, and painful. Only on left side (where I think I have cancer)
Chest pains- hard to explain. Hurts when I move either arm (sometimes) but generally only on upper left side. (Why I think I'm going to have a heart attack)
Constant lactic acid build up on left shoulder (why I think I'm going to have a heart attack)
Throbbing on temples and random places on head- hurts if I bite down to hard. Rotates between left and right sides. (Why I think seizure)
