This is a special breed of egg i call a yo-kai egg. A little baby yo-kai will hatch out of it, it'll either be a cat yo-kai (like Jibanyan for example) or a dream yo-kai. (Like insomni) Or a combination of the two. It'll also hatch a yo-kai of your choice of design. The gender is a girl. (If you're unfamiliar with the TV series called "yo-kai watch" look it up or watch a few episodes of season one)
