Ok, so, the strings normally change the hood of the hoodie, right, but Necro's hoodie has no hood, but it does have one of those turtleneck things, the part that goes around Necros neck. That means if she pulls the strings, the collar'll tighten around her neck. :P I guess it kinda fits her character
