you can’t deny that is ****ing scary
sometimes there are things that just sort of seem sort of vaguely wrong, but you can’t put your finger on why.... until someone words it like this and suddenly everything slides into place and you feel like someone punched you in the gut

first: hello yes i know this has been said before (many times) but pLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD AND HOLY DON'T ROLEPLAY ON VENTS
Not only is this disrespectful to the person venting, people are also going to start hating on you, too (and no offense but in my personal opinion if you're doing that kind of bs you deserve it, no offense!). I don't want to start an argument with anyone over this but pLEASE STOP. It's annoying and it isn't helping anyone, okay?
and second: please don't advertise on vents, either! Using another user's posts to advertise your own content without their permission is kinda shitty in general, so please avoid do that at all costs, ESPECIALLY on vents. When someone is venting, they don't want you advertising! When someone isn't venting, they STILL don't want you to advertise!

On vents, please don't say "oh yeah same" or "well, my problems are worse then yours, my parents are abusive" or something (those were just some random examples, not calling anyone out specifically) on vents, alright? You're diminishing and invalidating the other person's value and emotions in favor of your own when they're in a particularly delicate position. That's a big no-no.
I have more to say on this, but... yeah, that's it for now. I might add more later though ^^
