Go to a mental hospital

do you have any secluded, wooded areas with no dangerous animals/insects/people?

true... but a mental hospital should be a last resort, for when there is absolutely NO other way.

is there like a secluded, safe place that only you know about?

I was in one you just stay there for a week or more if you need to they just teaching you coping skills and stuff like that but I think you have to pay if you are 18 and older

go to a hospital, tell them you ur suicidal and they might send you to a mental hospital. They will probably ask you first and make you sign papers you might also have to stay at the hospital for like a they or 2 so they can find what mental hospital can approve you

hospitals, especially mental health, are VERY expensive. most likely, you'll need a hide-out till you feel better.

oh. shoot. first things first for you, get at least 50$ before you go to fend for yourself. that will supply you the bare minimum, like some food, water, etc

if you have health insurance you dont need to pay

We are talking about mental health insurance has to cover that, that's what the staff that worked on the mental hospital told me. But maybe is different in other places

what they MEANT when they said, 'insurance covers that,' is that the insurance pays a PORTION of the bill.

no, I was sent to a hospital after I overdose they ask me some questions and made me sign papers to go to a mental hospital

ah. so most likely, the government system paid the rest bc they do have a 'mental health for minors' department. the hospital probably contacted them.

sorry i'm late to this thread but pop, are there any relatives you can run away to? aunts or uncles or whatever? i wouldn't recommend going to the woods because of the problems of the hobos and crackheads you already mentioned and also it's hard to sustain yourself, you'd have to have a knowledge of edible plants since a couple granola bars won't feed you for two weeks. if you have any really understanding friends, you could ask them, and they could possibly find a place for you to stay.
