So Kate, you've been my best friend since like the third day of school and I'm so grateful for you. You make me feel special and like I have a purpose. Ever since we became friends, you'd always do weird things just to make me laugh. Even though that doesn’t seem like much, this year has been so, so hard for me. I always look forward to seeing you in school because those little silly things you do cause what might be the only smile of my entire day. I’m so sad all the time but you have somehow found a way to make me happy, even if it’s only for a few minutes, and it means a lot to me. You were the only person I trusted when I had a big fat crush on Lucy, you’re the person who asks what’s wrong when I talk about how sh***y life is, and you’re one of my main inspirations both in art and in positivity.
