You could now go further and try to add a shadow on the bear!
I mean you already put a highlight on the eyes, so you already know where the lightsource is. Can you imagine the lightsource? Maybe it's a lightbulb, shining from the ceiling, or it's the sun. Its reflection can be seen on the eyes :)
So, try to imagine, when the lightsource comes from top left, which parts on the bear are lighter and which parts are darker? Which are the parts where light can't hit the bear?
