This is Fantus, the Aezoqarian god of creativity! Fantus is very hyper, enthusiastic, bubbly, and generally just all over the place. They can be very annoying, though. They were meant to be an assitant for Axxa (the creator of Aezoqar), but... he got too out of hand. So, Axxa just gave Fantus a certain spot of the universe to be their own little sandbox. ...Most of the other gods leave that very specific part of the universe alone.
