Basically, she dies after MC denies her confession. She runs home crying. Monika follows her. MC follows Monika. Akari runs to the top of her apartment building and sits down to calm herself. Monika sneaks up behind her and pushes her off the roof just as MC arrives to the scene. Akari screams for MC’s help but he is too late. He is about to push Monika off but she snaps her fingers and MC is back in his room, believing it was a nightmare.
