that happens to me a lot so if it happens again:
1. exit out of the square that says the recaptcha expired
2. save ur anim on a file and delete ur anim (it won’t permanently delete bc u already save it)
3. log out of ur account and close the tab
4. wait at least 5 min and then log on again and upload ur anim
idk if it works for everyone but it works for me
He's one man dude... It's not like he has an entire team to work with him. Even then, this site isn't his life! He has a job outside of this and works for Microsoft (From what I've seen)
In his bio, it says this site is his HOBBY! Leave the poor big man alone, cause at the end of the day everything has bugs and takes time out of HIS day to fix.
