i went to the doctors and theyre concerned because they said im losing weight quickly abd i dont have weight to lose

last time i used a scale at home i was at 103 thats a lie it was the time before i was at 100 after that and then now im ar 97 and i thought it was normal because i heard you gain and lose 3 pounds throughout the day or something idk im stupid but i think im losing more
