A lot of the time, most updates are often to fix bugs and patch viruses rather then remodeling the layout of the chrome which I don't mean the outside parts witch hide the possessors and other stuff. I mean how stuff like the task bar and the setting plus the start menu and anything else that's related to the things I just said are often there at the start and don't get changed commonly.
