more obscure meaning anyone not in hythe pretty much cause everyone in hythe has a ref except for specifically dante and jv'rie because i need to redo him but who even knows dante exists and jv'rie is like. who even wants to draw jv'rie.. some of my pokemon ocs have refs but not all and most of my thite's belt characters have refs but not all, but other than that its like a 50/50 chance as to whether ill need to make a ref or not
