all my dumb ass is thinking about is vampires ahh --- Prompt 1: Apparently, There has been a vampire sighting in a nearby town. You( and, if you want, a few other amateur vampire hunters) flock to the area for funkies, but are soon in over your heads when you come face to face with a real vampire. //this one can be ship\\ Prompt 2: Octavian finds your oc as a child and takes them in. trying his best to give them the best life he absolutely can while hiding the fact hes a vampire(from you and others) and trying to keep away from hunters. especially the ones looking for you. he grew attached and didn't want to give you to them. they only want you because your parents were hunters and they want a strong bloodline. //this one can NOT be ship\\

HAHHA oh you know what thats a p' cool idea, acting like one// Octavian hadn't even noticed him yet, he was staring at shop windows. the colours of the dresses and suits held his attention. Once the other vampire did turn his head he too saw him. though he was less excited. last time he met another one of his kind it didn't end to well.

He glanced around, a bit intimidated by his excitement but kept his composure and approached. "hello." he had a soft voice with a heavy romanian accent. (accents are- so pretty i-)

HOW CAN YOU NOT?! also i hecken lost it again >:( and idk where it was going we kinda kept spitting one liners// He took a step back, still very intimidated but attempted to be polite. "if i may, why are you so, excited?" he quietly checked him out while waiting for his response.

hh okay :) i got it // He nodded but clearly still didn't understand. "yes, i suppose that could be something to be..happy about. have you not..met another one of us before?" he tilted his head slightly.

"i seem to have nothing but luck finding others..would you like to trade luck?" he smiled slightly, obviously playing. His fangs poked out from beneath his lips.

"dohh." he chuckled. "what brings you to this village?"

"and what do you plan to do now that you've found me?" his posture said he was ready to flee, but his face and voice would say otherwise.

He was still on edge. "power." that itself should be self explanatory. "ive never met another who wanted to be a friend."

idk// "old..hippie?" he asked, his face screwed up in confusion. "whats uhm..a hippie?"

he hummed. "when i woke up, all i wanted was to see somebody..but..he was not there, he had been gone for, many, many years. after figuring that out i didn't care about what i wanted just survival."

"you have no idea. 172 years asleep..and to wake and find the person you loved so much was long gone." he shook his head. "the unfortunate price of immortality."

his body stiffened up. he didn't know what to do for a moment. it had been so long since he had been hugged he forgot how to. after a moment he wrapped his arms around him as well.

he stayed quiet and pulled away. he only smiled at him. it was sad and small but it was attempting to be reassuring. "thank you, dear." he sighed. "but like i said, such it is, an unfortunate fate to be an immortal."

he sighed. "fancy a bite? the people here eat almost everything with sugar. it'd be a sweet little treat."

"come along." he hooked his arm around his and pulled him along. "im sure we can find a lonely little fool."

"nice about biting a man and drinking his blood? you want me to ask too?" he then playfully mocked. "'oh sir, please, a moment of your time. you see my friend and i are rather thirsty and require blood. would you kindly lend us your neck?'" he giggled.

"its dark, and their rumors of vampires. if you're alone, you're a fool." he cooed.

he giggled again. "wont."

"wouldn't be the first time." he stopped, releasing his arm. "you smell that too, right? fresh blood."

"you think, someone got hurt?" he asked, stepping towards the smell.

"are you not going to follow?" he looked at him.

whats that?//

"hm.." he looked up at the buildings. "perhaps, we should try from above."

he walked into the alley then climbed up the ladder/stairs the building has. once on the roof he waited.

he quietly stalked to the edge and looked down. there was no trap, just a fight. a few men beating each other. "i suppose thats the source there."

he sighed and leaned over the edge, watching them. "i wonder what started it? a few drinks? a pretty lady?" he shook his head. "perhaps a few missing payments."

"quite the mouth on you." he jests, giving him a little glance before returning his focus to the fight, waiting for one to fall.

"yes, yes, i know." he rolled his eyes and chuckled quietly.

the fight soon broke up, one of the men sat where it happened to catch his breath. "i think now is a good time to hop down."

he simply jumped down, landing on the ground with the soft 'clack' of his heels. the sound was still loud enough for the man on the ground to look up at him.

the vampire chuckled as the man stood, confused. to him, two random men just walked up and he was a bit scared to be beaten up again.

"sorry," he chuckled a bit more. "i thought it was cute." he looked back at him. "big scary vampire, falling on his face."

he smiled more. "would you like to bite first? i don't mind a wait."

he made a laugh similar to a choke then soon after attacked the man who, stupidly, just stood there instead of running.

he got his fill and looked at him.

he made sure no one would come up and find them.

he smiled. "alright lets get out of here before he wakes up. hopefully he'll forget our faces."

"i know." he followed after. "would you tell me a bit about yourself? im rather curious."

"how long have you been..well..like this?" he was staring ahead, clearly thinking to himself.

he hummed. "im 195 years old." he looked at him. "do you know how old you are?"

"were you alive during the Victorian era? i was 22 then and for a while human." he shrugged. "perhaps you're around the same age."

"oh well." he shrugged and put his hand on his shoulder, giving him a slight squeeze. "anything you'd like to talk about?"

"alright." he looked forward again, putting his hand down.

"oh look, a cat!" he pointed at a calico running around.

"i had one of them, found it running around my house. chasing rats. have you had pets?"

"ohh dogs! ugh i can't remember the last time i had a dog."

okay!// Octavian tilted his head, staring at the child. he couldn't remember the last time he had really seen one. he forgot just how small the damned things were..how weak they were. he could see the fear and rather than attack, he softened. giving the tiny thing a smile. it wasn't mocking, just of pity.

he laughed. "i wont eat you. far to young." he stepped closer. "where are your parents? can't have you out here on your own..its dangerous." he spoke softly, trying not to scare the poor thing more.

"oh.." he cooed and petted his head. "poor thing..lets go look then hm? im sure they're out here somewhere." he held out his hand to him.
