you know how you said nocturnia is split up of individual bits of land for each element whats it like where the explosive ones live or is it just a however you interpret it kind of thing
the explosive ones/?? if im thinking right you mean ppl ike steam. they hacve the element labled "Rage". they can harness the energy of malice, hatred, ect and use it to their advantage. In their little strip of land its all charred and destroyed because everyone is constantly pissed off and beating eachother up.
do they have culture traditions or anything or do they just always punch the shit out of eachotjer im loving their attitude
their are some of them that are somehwat calmer than others and they try to do an annual "RAGE FESTIVAL" but it always ends up either being exploded by arsonists or someone dies and it gets cancelled.
most of the people in the rage country are either:
Arsonist
Terrorist
Murderer
Criminal
Ect.
there are few good people
