Linkoh, I'm not very experienced with animation, but for digital art I wouldn't really recommend this online program ( no offense to flip anim, sorry ) drawing pads are also a very helpful thing, for much smoother lines, more control, and shortcut buttons
There are free online programs that allows you to make very good art, I use Krita, and art programs like these allow you do to all sorts of time saving things and bunches of different tools to add effect to your art

LinkI know Krita! As far as i know, you can make great and beautiful drawings with Krita. It's a super nice studio for unique ideas!
Pretty sad that i can't download it.. i really like to improve digital art tho~
