on flipanim? well if so then i normally do about 2 frames per second on here, otherwise wed have problems lol, but if your using something like flash, id say 24 fps would be the best

you wanna call me out? do it but i didnt do anything wrong :) i posted, thank you so much for getting me to 1st on popular, think about the fact that there are 100s of people on this website and out of all of them my anim got 1st on popular, and i got exited, trying to make me feel bad for getting exited is on you, also you legit just went in a chat and cussed me out for this, also i thought you were garfield, anyways, your a jerk, everytime that i have done something that got you mad i fixed it didnt i? everything i did i fixed, yet theres nothing to fix now especially the fact that i got exited over getting 1st on popullar, not only was it the first time it happened to me, im a literal child and the fact that i got popular was cool, so shut up, i politely said if your going to be rude you dont have to be here, and the same goes for right now, if you cant leave your idiodic comments to yourself than leave jerk

and yes i did, first off one of the reasons you got mad, was because i "advertised" i was showing a friend my anim, and when they said to delete the comment, i did :/ im allowed to have friends that are friends with you but your just looking for attention, i didnt do anything, and your still trying to be a jerk when all you have to do is say, sorry. which i already have, so if your going to sit there looking for attention, f you, and you dont have to be here, you decided to cuss me out for having exitement over something exiting
