You honestly don't it's really runny😔✌🏽 pencil/pen ones are so much nicer for getting it near your eyes too
I feel like liquid only works if ur filling in ur eye or something it's rlly hard for me to get nice clean lines

YEA I definitely advise non liquid cus it freaking sucks and gets all bulky and crusty even if it's the tiniest drop
