I have dreams like that too unfortunately... and it's probably s cause of past trauma. I don't know what may have happened to you throughout your life so I don't know if that's true... it's either that or maybe the fear of something similar happening manifesting into dreams. I don't know, I'm no psychiatrist
Idk im super triggered by sexual things a lot of the time and i start to shake and cry whenever i hear thjngs like that mostly from my parents but i dont remember anuthing happeninh to me but i dont know cuz some people told me i might be blocking out trauma or something because i get really messed up when ever i hear sexual things and it takes me a long time to calm down i dont know why i am like this and its very confusing and i dont like it because i cant act like a normal person when people do or say that kind of stuff in front of me
