LinkAn OTA means Offer to Adopt. Basically you give an offer for the adopt you’d like. Here is a better explanation.

LinkSO some people will put ufiles up for people to download there bases. So If you download them, you can open them in the flipanim editor(usally the beta one). You then can edit it to what you want. (I'm sorry if this still makes no sence.)
