why am i always the worst version of myself when its past 11 pm and im alone

i used to go to bed really early cos i was cripplingly lonely and it was the best way to avoid depression but now i just distract myself. i love andy and simon for hanging out with me on those long night i dont know what im to do when school starts and i cant just be at my friends house all night every night
