Well since I haven’t had time to research some Kanji, I’m calling them by their hero names: CheatCode and Cactini.

CheatCode is considering the ‘Video Game Hero’, his quirk operates with his eyes, he sees the world in code, with the glasses as a support item he sees things like game stats, kind of like Pokémon. Like how Bakugo consistently sees the world like a fighting game, except it’s not imaginary. He sees their stats, weaknesses, strengths, etc. Cactini quirk is much simpler, she can extend her arms off and they’ll grow in cactus stems, then hair on her body will sharpen like pricks too, she can shoot them off at will.

The little blue guy is Maxibi, he’s like a tutorial bot programmed in his lenses to help him sort through the code, Tony Stark moment.
