maybe bring a stress toy or game thing (if they allow you to) since I also HATEEEEEE shots- or something to chew on :D anything that distracts you from the needle

Okay so they literally rescheduled us for Thursday because the doctor were supposed to see isn't here and I had to get pulled out of school and now I gonna get all stressed again bc of shots Thursday I'm gonna cry
