Don´t move the body around if the only thing moving is supposed to be the hair, and it´s a bit to slow, so change it to 130-127 or something so it seems more smooth, and the hair could have 2 frames and you can move the frames and kinda loop the anim so it´s even more smooth!
yeah i accidentally moved the frame and i couldn't put it back on the right place
So basically what I did with it is tween the ears and made it into a smooth loop that actually matches up with the music-

yeah as i was making this animation my mouse was glitching and the mouse moved the frame and i couldn't put it back in its original spot
