it was one of the ikea workers. it started ripping my arms apart, and i couldnt do shit because im weak. the thing screeched in pain and then ran off. i looked all around, and saw a man fighting them off. he called to me, "FOLLOW ME, ILL GET YOU TO SAFETY!" i struggled to get up. once the things were gone, he helped me up and walked south. "Names Zander. You got stuck here too?" "yeah... im Jake." they both chatted until they arrived at a castle of some sort. "this is the kingdom of Checkout." i just stared at the mass of couches and boxes piled up. "we have a food thing inside, we chose a good spot. we also have extra beds, so you should rest. we'll getcha healed up."

a person from inside shoved a couch out of the way so we could get in. Zander called out. "Guys, this is Jake. I found him getting attacked while i was out getting more lights." i raised my hand a bit. "i actually brought a bunch of tiny table lights? we can place them around?" everyone looked happy at that. thats what we did. Zander helped me find a bed to claim my own, and told me to sleep, and he'd wake me up when necessary. i drifted off into a deep sleep... and done phew i like this book
