LinkAlso-- just wanted to make sure i say that this is a critique, not hate and im not trying to offend anyone. Just trying to help you get better! And I have a lot of the same problems in my art as well.
so for the first one--
i honestly cant tell whats going on
I feel like the lineart is too thick
You would benefit from drawing in different angles!
And here's a tip I saw from @LatticedDreams:

"Changing your posing could seriously help, look into dynamic poses and it'll really help, also a reminder that limbs are not tubes, rather imagine a clump of muscles or something similar with a sheet pulled tightly over them. So it should not just be the shapes of cylinders, and should have flat sides and curves"
As for the second one, I would try shading with opacity and playing around with lineless art-- drawing the outline and then deleting it later to make it more realistic.
shading=godly
i love the lineart
the only real critique i have is some of the highlights are inconsistent (something i struggle with as well)
but i would suggest drawing a lightbulb in the picture (like if you want the light shining from the top right corner draw a lamp there) and arrows in the direction that you want the light to be so you can highlight-- i learned this in art class a few years ago and it really helps!
while its cute, I would try shading with darker colors and different opacity. And my real complaint is that the outlines are the weird flipanim blue color (not your fault lol)
But I would try making the outlines a different color (like for Boyfriend, make the outline around his hair dark blue by getting the same color of the hair and then sliding the color picker down to outline the blue part; same for the red and other colors)

I woult try to improve anatomy-- the wings should defenitely be bigger or else he wont be able to fly. And also:
