If you want to change your style, find other things from other styles that you like and use those
If you want to improve just,,, practice. Try drawing something you haven't drawn before and keep drawing it till you think you got it down right
more circle heads
add more circle hands and maybe small lines on the fingers to show the fact there is fingers
more circle chest
at the top
and more sqaure/rectangle shapes
