I would say yours is in the "Great!" section as I love your style, it's very cute and simplistic which makes it easy to focus on the subject. (For some people like me, it becomes difficult. I am easily distracted!) I also love your character designs!
Maybe try to do some more backgrounds, even if it's a simple color? You don;t have to, though!

I would say you're in the "Decent" section as I am finding multiple issues with the anatomy. Your lineart is generally very smooth and pleasing to look at and the colors you use mesh together wonderfully but the anatomical issues bring it down a bit.
Firstly, fingers have 3 sections, but that isn't a big deal.
But what bothers me the most is the size of the ears(?)
They seem unnatural and I can't tell where they connect being so large but if that is something you want to stick to, I can't change that as it is ultimately YOUR art
