LinkI tried to lay down, I tried pain pills, normally playing on my tablet helps me get my mind off it. Tried going to the bathroom. I still hurt.

LinkFind a rag and some rice and heat the rice put it in the rag and set it over your ovaries or a long warm soak. aight? Thats what I do.

if you have a heating pad do that, you just wanna lay with it for about 30 mins and then do something to move around and it should help
