i don't know jacvk shit about animation but i just did this shit. it's a wittle storyboard so there's barely any movement and mistakes.

finally got the name of this area. it's called Design because i'm unoriginal. might change it though, but idk. okay time to ramble about the asylum. Design Asylum was built in the 1870s, operated until it was shut down and abandoned in 1969. many notable people went there, because it allowed criminals to be sent there instead of prison if they were proven to be insane. Including Design's most infamous serial killer, Easter Summit. He died inside the facility within 2 years of staying there. Some believe it was murder, and some believed it was suicide. Who knows? The asylum was shut down for countless reports of malpractice, abuse, and unnecessary treatment/punishments. Dr. Cassory was one of the people who caused the most reports, he died shortly after the closing from a car crash. L. The asylum had not been knocked down yet as it's seen as historical building by it's community and will not let anyone take it down. They've ruined many demolition attempts. The Design Council had and continues to give up.
