i remember being liek. 9 and not being able to fall asleep, shaking and crying out of fear i was gonna go to hell. i was so, so terrified all the time my parents bring up religion sometimes and even now i get scared out of my mind just thinking about it, hyperventilating and curled up on the floor despite the fact im not religious anymore

i try to think rationally but i just cant handle it aghhhghgh
