Tosatsu; a somewhat legend of the multiverse. It is said that Tosatsu was a strange glitch in the multiverse that was known to punish. Or, as you can see from the eye, to carry out your Fate. The soul of Tosatsu is believed to be the soul of Fate herself, but nobody knows. Genocidal PLAYER(s) were punished by this anonymous figure. For the next time they opened the game, it would never close, and you get to watch your actual body get punished over and over. Most consider Tosatsu to be a myth, whilst some believe they are real. Their weakness: Fire ( it harms them whilst also stunning them because it reminds them of Toriel ) ( this is an OC btw XD )
