I think you're a very nice person already, but if you want, I could lend advice that may help, if you want! Even if I've said it before.. it may be helpful, I often tell myself these things. ^_^" ( for behavior. )
If this isn't quite what you're looking for, I apologize.
First off, always think before you speak, logical boundaries and things you should or should not say publicly should be taken into consideration! It's not bad to make a mistake here and there, it's normal to make mistakes, just learn from them.
Be more self aware, let others speak, share healthy conversations, don't overwhelm other people with tons of questions, talking, etc. even if it's difficult.
Being more healthy (sleep a minimum of 7-8 hours, have an active body, clean area, healthy life style) can motivate you mentally, as well as help you mature.
Be self aware, and know not everyone will like you, it's sad to know but true. Find people who are healthy to be around, have a good influence, and overall make you happy, it significantly helps, for usually you look up to people you like :P
If you have goals to change behavior, make them realistic and healthy. Turn a long term goal into many small terms goals, reward yourself.
I usually feel good when i clean my room but then it just gets a mess again when im sad or unmotivated,,,, i sleep for about 5 hours on a school night? i go to bed at 10-11 or sometimes laeter and i wake up around 5:30. i usually take naps when i get home tho,, i struggle to figure out not everyone will like me and i try really hard to make others proud of me or like me even if i know its not always going to work out. I usually think before i speak but sometimes i dont and i feel really guilty about it after because ive said some mean things about people that i didnt really mean. sorry for late reply i as typing and then got distracted by fruit merge on coolmathgames
Hey hey, feeling bad or hurt about something will happen, but that's a struggle to realize may be from overthinking.
If it helps, I think you're an amazing person! And how some people think of you is just their wrong opinion, or the fact that all people have a preference.
You can't live up to everyone's mindset, but a few people have realistic mindsets, and those are your friends, friends have similarities ( things they like. ) and hopefully have a logical sense in others capabilities!
And if that sleeping habit feels unhealthy for you, try to fix it if you want. For instance, I sleep at 8-9 to 5.
One more thing, never beat yourself up or say you can't do something, some things just take time and patience, or just the right mindset!
