Do people actually bake without recipes because i always need to take out the recipe even though i made it times before. I dont cook a lot the best i can do is simple things like scramblrd eggs or pasta or grilled cheese

Oh i usually make the sauce in the empty pot while the noodles are draining
So cheese chunks doesnt get stuck in noodles i try to make jt inti a smooth sauce before i put the noddoels bafk in
I dojt know i always mess up the sauce somehow even though i follow directions completeky it ends up clumpy so i just cook the sauce until it become thick
