but i really need help calming myself down
does anyone have any way for me to cope with it (other than biting my hands until they bleed out of pure stress)
i have scars on my hands from doing it
but nobody irl even cares haha
i know you care, and i really appreciate that, i really do
but im saying that a lot of people don't..
you realize that there is 7.5 billion people i this world, majority of that population would care if they found out you were harming yourself :)

i think the problem is that a lot of the time i keep my feelings bottled up and i don't talk to anyone about my problems and when people ask if im okay i say i am when im really not
yeah you should speak to someone, maybe get more comfortable to a trusted adult so you could talk to them.
i can't trust anybody in real life.
i've been lied to way too many times.
