How did you manage to post 97 frames? My phone has a problem with 25
I use my laptop to actually post my works; my phone, much like yours, simply does not have the capacity to handle all the frames I would like it to. ^^
most everything, yeah! I use a Surface to animate, since it has a touchscreen.
